Off Air

When the red light is off, nobody is listening. We try to keep your calls that way.

What the control room holds

• Your account: email address, hashed password, first name, birthday, gender and anything you add on your remote.
• Your calls, plus the notes each host holds so that she can pick a running joke back up.
• A session cookie, plus one that records you passed the channel lock.
• Payment records: the amount and the reference. Card numbers never reach us because we do not take cards.
• Routine server logs, held briefly for security.

What it is for

It runs the chat, applies the code and keeps the channel on. Messages are processed by a model we host or by a provider tied to the same task, and safety checks read them automatically. Calls are not sold, and no advertiser gets to listen.

Counting viewers

A plain counter shows how many viewers tuned in and what country they came from. It cannot see a call.

Your controls

From a chat's menu you can rewrite a host's notes on you, save a transcript or wipe the call. To have the whole account and its contents deleted, email the footer address from the registered one. Any further rights your country's law grants, tell us and we will follow them.
